I know for some folks out there new is best, but for me these dusty old haberdashery bits are a treasure find, as I surround myself in their history I cannot help getting more and more obcessed!

SKip chic, never walk past a skip without a through investigation as there is nothing more pleasant than discovering someone else's trash is a precious find
Jumble sales are just as pleasant, nine out of ten times you will find a gem hidden under the piles of high street rejects
